“Go, tell your family about Jesus” 1/3/2015

As Jesus was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon possessed begged to go with him.  Jesus did not let him, but said, “Go home to your family and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”  (Mark 5:18-19)

Serve and strengthen your ohana first  (Matthew 5:14-16) (1 Timothy 1:12)

You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.  (James 2:22) As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. (vs24)

Share what Jesus has done  (2 Peter 1:3-8)  (1 Timothy 1:15-16)

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire, he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.  (Psalm 40:2-3)

Speak out about His mercy (Romans 8:31-34) (Titus 3:3-6)

Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts.  Let him turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.  (Isaiah 55:7)
