This is what the LORD says:  “The three sins of Edom, even for four, I will not turn back my wrath.  Because he pursued his brother with a sword, stifling all compassion, because his anger raged continually and his fury flamed unchecked, I will send fire upon Teman that will consume the fortresses of Bozrah.”  (Amos 1:11-12, 5:14-15, 9:11-12)

Learn how to forgive (Luke 6:27)

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.  Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.  (Ephesians 4:31-32)

Reprogram yourselves in Christ Jesus (Romans 7:18-25)

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.  Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another.

Forgive as the Lord forgave you. (Colossians 3:12-14, 17)

Be like minded in Christ Jesus (Matthew 6:33)

Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic love as brothers, be compassionate and humble.  Do not repay evil for evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.  (1 Peter 3:8-9)
