Remember Me

Listen to sermon [MP3, 15 MB]

One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him:  “Aren’t you the Christ?  Save yourself and us!”  But the other criminal rebuked him.  “Don’t you fear God,”  he said “since you are under the same sentence?  We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve.  But this man has done nothing wrong”  Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”  Jesus answered him, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Reveal to God your true sins.  (Psalms 51:1-7)

He who conceals his sins does not proper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.  (Proverbs 28:13)

Repent from your heart (Psalms 51:10)

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:8-9)

Receive His blessings.Luke 23:43) (Hebrews 10:17)

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin.  But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.  (1 John 2:1)

KNOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU KNOW
