Speaker: Pastor Dennis Sallas

Then she called, “Samson, the Philistines are upon you!” He awoke from his sleep and thought, “I’ll go out as before and shake myself free.” But he did not know that the LORD had left him. Then the Philistines seized him, gouged out his eyes and took him down to Gaza. Binding him with bronze shackles, they set him to grinding in the prison. But the hair on his head began to grow again after it had been shaved. (Judges 16:20-22)

Turning weaknesses to strength:

Recognize that God is your strength. (Judges 16:20) (Psalms 20:7) (Isaiah 40:29-31)

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.  (Psalms 46:1, 28:7)

Spend Quality time with Jesus.  (Judges 16:20) (Psalms 5:3)

But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.  (Psalms 1:2)

Keep your eyes on GOD.  (Judges 16:28) (Psalms 37:4) (Proverbs 23:26)

My eyes are ever on the LORD, for only he will release my feet from the snare. (Psalms 25:15)
